Complaints Handling Procedure

Austen May Surveyors always strives for the best in customer service but if you feel something has gone wrong, please tell us about it. 

Procedure for making a complaint

We need to have your complaint in writing, so we fully comprehend what the issue is and to have a written record.

There are two stages to our Complaints Handling Procedure:

1.     Stage One

At Austen May Surveyors we hope to resolve your complaint quickly and satisfactorily. We will acknowledge your written complaint by phone and email within seven working days and every effort will be made to provide you with a full response within 28 days.  If this is not possible, we will update you on the progress of your complaint within a further 28 days.

If you are happy with the result of the investigation into the complaint, we will confirm the conclusion of the matter by writing. 

If we are not able to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, you are able to move on to the next and final stage of the Complaints Handling Procedure.

2.     Stage Two

If the first stage is not concluded to your satisfaction and agreement cannot be reached, we will write to you explaining that our internal revue has been exhausted.
